So, I'm a taoist practitioner. I practice Qi gong, Tai ji quan and Xing yi quan.
Thus, I deal with certain types of meditations and practice both for martial skill and for health. This causes me to have a different view of life, health in general and perspectives of what is and is not important, a problem or a gift.
This blog is not really supposed to be a bunch of my problems and egocentric thoughts about the world, but rather a diary of what I've been doing and how my practice has gone, what it contained and so on.
I'll start with covering this weekend.
was at my dads house all weekend, played with the cats and relaxed. Atlas is still kind of afraid of me I guess, and Billan still wants her private time I guess.
Practicewise was good, short time spent and only did XingYi, but I finally got that easy feeling I've been looking for since D made transmissions for it in class - it's funny how the spirals can move my arm upwards without me actually using my muscles for doing so. I also got a chance to feel what Johan's (my brother) San ti (standing meditation in Xingyi, I'm not doing this yet), it felt very dense.
